Happy Young Scientists: Learning Through Doing
There is nothing quite like the look on a child's face when a DIY circuit finally lights up. Take a look at our students in action as they experiment, build, and learn at our Basavanagar center.
Fun in Science is back with a bang. It's wonderful to see a full class of enthusiastic students, ready to explore, build, and learn together.
A group of students gathered on the floor, completely absorbed in an experiment with light. This is what focused, curiosity-driven learning looks like.
A classroom full of engaged and curious children. My goal is to create an environment where every child feels comfortable asking questions and exploring their ideas.
Another shot of students working together on a light experiment, demonstrating teamwork and shared discovery.
A group of attentive students ready for their next science adventure. The energy and excitement in the room are always my biggest motivation.
About this collection
Everything you see here is a result of our hands-on approach. Instead of boring theory, children build functional models like traffic lights or motorized fans to take home. We keep our batches small, so every child gets the space to ask questions, experiment, and yes, even mess up while they learn.
Our workshops are split into focused groups: Science Juniors for ages 4-7 and the Science Squad for ages 7-12. By separating age groups, we ensure the technical level is just right for each child. Whether it is a weekend club session or a 10-day intensive boot camp at our Basavanagar center, the goal is to turn scientific theory into something you can hold in your hands.
We focus on mechanics, electronics, and chemistry. Kids do not just watch; they use wire strippers, glue guns, and basic circuits to create their own projects. A child might spend a weekend building a hydraulic crane or a simple metal detector. These are not just crafts. They are functioning models that demonstrate real physical principles like energy, motion, and magnetism.
We believe that mistakes are a vital part of the process. If a circuit does not light up, we do not just give the answer. We walk through the steps to find the break, test the connection, and try again. This method builds patience and problem-solving skills that last long after the workshop ends. We also offer flexible options, including after-school programs and holiday camps, to make science a consistent part of your child's routine.
Fun in Science
We started Fun in Science because textbooks never captured the magic of how things actually work. We guide children to explore the science in their toys, gadgets, and movies, turning curiosity into real-world skills.
