The Matrix-style Time Freeze rig requires a clear 15ft by 15ft floor space and a solid 4 hours for our technicians to calibrate the camera array perfectly. If your venue has floor-to-ceiling windows or high-glare lighting, let us know early so we can adjust our Green Screen backdrop setup accordingly.
How We Engineer the 'Freeze' Effect
Our Time Freeze rig, often called 'Bullet Time,' uses a synchronized array of 10 to 15 DSLR cameras. We mount these on a semi-circular truss to capture a single moment from multiple perspectives simultaneously. Our on-site server stitches these images instantly into a high-definition MP4. Because this is a camera-heavy setup, we require a dedicated power supply and minimal traffic behind the rig to ensure the framing stays consistent throughout the event.
Word Cloud Art Portraits
Word Cloud Art transforms your event presence into a visual keepsake. We generate detailed, artistic portraits where the image is composed entirely of words provided by you or your guests—names, branding slogans, or event themes. It is a sophisticated alternative to standard party photography, and we provide digital copies ready for immediate social sharing.
Technical Logistics
We prioritize seamless execution. For complex setups like the Time Freeze rig, our crew arrives 3-4 hours prior to your event start time for focus, alignment, and server calibration. We bring all necessary lighting, trusses, and software, but we do need you to clear space in the venue design for our camera arrays and green screen backdrops. If you are planning a brand activation with heavy usage, we also offer custom-branded overlays for all final outputs.
