Standard VR Gaming Station
Hardware Setup
- VR Headset: 1x High-definition headset (Oculus Quest 2 or HTC Vive) with hygiene masks.
- Display: 1x 43-inch to 50-inch LED TV on a truss stand for spectator viewing.
- Compute: VR-Ready PC or Laptop with RTX GPU for lag-free 90fps gaming.
- Controllers: 2x Handheld motion controllers.
Staff & Logistics
- Manpower: 1x Technical facilitator to manage queues and assist players.
- Hygiene: Disposable eye masks and sanitization wipes provided.
- Transport: Logistics within city limits included.
Experience Details
- Games: 10-15 Popular titles including Beat Saber, Richie's Plank Experience, and Fruit Ninja.
- Throughput: Handles 15-20 people per hour (approx. 3-4 mins per turn).
Sports Simulator (Cricket or Racing)
Rig Configuration (Choose One)
- Option A (Cricket): Real willow bat modified with Vive Tracker sensors for 1:1 motion tracking.
- Option B (Racing): Bucket seat with force-feedback steering wheel (Logitech G29 or similar) and pedals.
Zone Setup
- Flooring: Artificial green turf matting (approx. 6ft x 8ft).
- Backdrop: 1x Printed flex backdrop (8ft x 8ft) with stadium or track visuals.
- Display: 1x 55-inch LED TV or Projector for audience viewing.
- Space Needed: Minimum 10ft x 10ft clear area.
Staffing
- Crew: 2x Staff members (1 Software Operator + 1 Assistant for gear/bat reset).
- Throughput: Approx 10-12 people per hour.
Premium Motion VR or Treadmill
Heavy Machinery (Choose One)
- Virtuix Omni: 360-degree treadmill platform allowing users to physically walk or run inside the game. Includes special shoes and waist harness.
- Motion Ride: Motorized 'Egg Pod' or Coaster Platform (1 or 2 seater) that tilts and vibrates in sync with visuals.
Safety & Setup
- Enclosure: Retractable belt stanchions to cordon off moving parts.
- Headset: Enterprise-grade tethered headset (HTC Vive Pro or similar).
- Crew: 2x Specialized technicians for harnessing and mechanical safety.
Logistics Note
- Access: Requires service elevator or ground floor access due to heavy equipment weight.
- Transport: Specialized heavy transport vehicle included.

I design VR experiences that get people talking long after the event is over. My setups turn the usual party or activation into something much more - from cricket stadiums and race tracks to dance battles and wild rides, all inside a headset.

My Story
We’re funevent. Not your usual event folks – we chase goosebumps, not just checklists. Started out thinking, why can’t events feel like adventures? So here we are, running around with VR headsets, wild photobooths, and whatever new tech we can get our hands on. Big brands, small teams, doesn’t matter – if there’s a chance to make people go 'wow', we’re in. Our happy place? Seeing people laugh in our anti-gravity booth or getting lost in a custom VR game.
