About Our Squads
Our training isn't just about showing up. We run daily sessions on our full-size grass pitch, mixing tactical video breakdowns in the classroom with high-pressure on-field drills. Whether you're in our Elite squad or starting out in Foundation development, the focus remains on smart, technical play—placement over power, every time.
The Frontier Way: More Than a Team
Football at Frontier FC Delhi is about the long game. Since 1948, we’ve been building more than just players; we build a brotherhood. Our youth squads—spanning U14, U17, and U19—aren't just groups of kids; they are competitive units designed to challenge the best in Delhi’s football circuit.
Training Philosophy
We don’t believe in shortcuts. Our coaches live by the mantra: shot power nahi chahiye, sirf placement chahiye (don’t need shot power, just placement). We train daily at our Chhawla ground, just minutes from Dwarka Sector 21.
- Technical Focus: Whether you are in our 3-day Foundation program or 6-day Elite training, you work on ball mastery, tactical intelligence, and physical conditioning.
- Recovery: We don't ignore the grind. We provide post-training ice water immersion and on-field physiotherapy to keep the squad injury-free and ready for the next match.
Pathways and Exposure
If you have the talent and the junoon (passion), you get the spotlight. We actively compete in the DSA Youth League, RFYS, and HCL Delhi Future Stars League. We ensure our players have a real career path, with scout access for state teams like the Dr. BC Roy Trophy and Khelo India. This is where you learn to win, lose, and grow together.
