Session Scope
- Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours of shooting time.
- Location: Choice of Studio (Sector 51, Noida) with solid backdrops OR Outdoor Park in Noida (e.g., Meghdootam Park).
- Attendees: Covers expecting mother, partner, and siblings.
Wardrobe & Styling
- Provided Gowns: Access to photographer's collection of maternity gowns (Red, Teal, flowy fabrics).
- Changes: Up to 3 costume changes allowed (mix of 1-2 studio gowns and client's own outfits).
Deliverables
- Final Photos: 15-20 professionally color-corrected and retouched high-resolution images.
- Raw Data: All unedited JPEGs (100+) from the shoot are shared via drive link.
- Props: Usage of slates, floral tiaras, and sashes included.
Newborn & Infant Chronicles (0-12 Months)
Time & Logistics
- Duration: Up to 4 hours, strictly flexible to allow for feeding, burping, and soothing.
- Pacing: Slow-paced environment prioritized for baby safety and comfort.
Themes & Setups
- Visuals: 3 distinct looks per session.
- Look 1: Bean bag posing with textured blankets.
- Look 2: Prop setup (Wicker basket, wooden crate, or cloud props).
- Look 3: Family portraits with parents/siblings.
- Alternative: For 6-12 month babies, options include "Bubble Bath" (tub with plastic fruit/flowers) or Formal portraits.
Gear & Deliverables
- Wardrobe: Photographer provides swaddle wraps, knitted animal rompers, and headbands.
- Retouching: 20-25 fully edited images with skin smoothing (removal of baby acne/scratches).
Pre-Birthday & Cake Smash Session
Session Structure
- Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Themes: 2 Major Setups.
- Formal/Clean: Studio portraits or Outdoor Picnic theme (basket/mat).
- Messy: The Cake Smash celebration with elaborate backdrops.
Decor & Props
- Inclusions: Balloon arches, foil number balloons, paper fans, and printed themed flex (e.g., cartoons, fairy lights).
- Props: "ONE" marquee letters, bunting, and banners.
- Cleanup: Post-smash studio cleaning is handled by the provider.
- Note: Parents must provide the cake for allergen safety.
Deliverables
- Photos: 25 edited high-resolution images.
- Video: A 30-60 second edited reel/video snippet of the smash session.
