Day Conference & Training Package
Venue & Setup
- Duration: Exclusive 8-hour access to the Indoor Banquet Hall (typically 9 AM to 5 PM).
- Seating: Theater or cluster arrangement using banquet chairs with clean slipcovers.
- Stage: 6x8 ft raised platform with carpet finish and speaker podium.
- Climate: Centralized air conditioning.
Technology
- Visual: Standard lumens projector with portable tripod screen (approx 6x8 ft).
- Audio: Standard PA system with 2 stand-mounted speakers and handheld cordless microphones.
- Connectivity: Basic Wi-Fi access suitable for browsing and email.
Catering
- Morning Break: Tea and Coffee service with assorted cookies.
- Lunch Buffet: North Indian spread including Salad Bar, 1 Paneer dish, 1 Seasonal Veg, 1 Dal (Yellow or Makhani), 1 Chicken dish (or heavy Veg alternative), Rice, Assorted Breads, and 1 Dessert.
- Evening Break: Tea and Coffee with 1 hot vegetarian snack (e.g., Pakora or Cutlet).
- Water: 200ml sealed water bottles provided on tables.
Essentials
- Staff: Uniformed waiters and on-site event coordinator.
- Stationery: Writing pads and pens provided for all attendees.
- Power: Full generator backup included.
Evening Gala Dinner & DJ Party

- Duration: 4 to 5 hours access to Open Air Garden (or Indoor Hall depending on weather).
- Cooling: Mist fan setup included for outdoor temperature management.
- Lighting: Ambient setup with fairy lights on trees and LED par-cans for color washing.
- Furniture: Round tables with overlay linens and lounge-style sofa pockets for VIPs.
Entertainment
- DJ & Sound: Professional DJ (Bollywood/Commercial) with club-style PA system including subwoofers.
- Dance Floor: Designated wooden or vinyl dance floor area sized to guest count.
- Effects: Basic truss setup with moving heads or laser lights for the dance floor.
Gala Catering
- Beverages: Assorted soft drinks and 2 mocktail varieties. Unlimited soda and ice provided for mixers.
- Starters: 90 minutes of unlimited floating service. Includes 3 Veg options and 3 Non-Veg options.
- Main Course: Expanded spread with 2 Premium Veg dishes, 2 Non-Veg curries (Chicken + Mutton/Fish), Dal Makhani, Biryani/Rice, Breads, and Salad.
- Dessert: 2 Premium options (e.g., Halwa and Ice Cream).
Staffing
- Service: Enhanced service ratio (1 waiter per 10 guests) for prompt snack circulation.
- Security: Bouncers stationed at the entrance for guest list management.

Started out wanting to make events more than just routine, more like magic. We get the flowers smelling fresh, music vibing, food that’s actually tasty, and decor that pops. Most of all, we want you chilling, soaking in every moment, not stressing about the details. That’s our vibe.
