- Duration: Exclusive 8-hour access to the Indoor Banquet Hall (typically 9 AM to 5 PM).
- Seating: Theater or cluster arrangement using banquet chairs with clean slipcovers.
- Stage: 6x8 ft raised platform with carpet finish and speaker podium.
- Climate: Centralized air conditioning.

- Visual: Standard lumens projector with portable tripod screen (approx 6x8 ft).
- Audio: Standard PA system with 2 stand-mounted speakers and handheld cordless microphones.
- Connectivity: Basic Wi-Fi access suitable for browsing and email.
