Authentic Bridal Getting Ready Photography
The story of your wedding day starts long before the ceremony. I focus on the quiet reflections and the laughter with your bridesmaids, capturing the genuine anticipation before you walk down the aisle.

About Getting Ready: The Build-Up
The getting ready period is often the most emotional part of the day, but it is also the most chaotic. I don't pose you or tell you where to look because I want to capture the real energy of the room. My role is to stay invisible, documenting the way your mother helps with the veil or the shared laughter with your bridesmaids, ensuring these intimate, unscripted moments remain exactly as they were.
Often, the reality of the day sinks in inside the bridal suite. It is the time when you are surrounded by the people who know you best, and that creates a level of raw, unfiltered emotion that formal ceremony photos simply cannot replicate. My documentary approach means I am not bringing bulky equipment that gets in your way. I work with the natural light available in your room or venue, whether that is a heritage home in Goa or a modern hotel suite in Mumbai, to keep the atmosphere relaxed.
I am looking for the connection between you and your family, the way the makeup artist carefully applies the finishing touches, or that brief, silent second when you take a deep breath before the door opens. These images serve as the narrative foundation for your wedding album or film. By capturing these hours, I ensure you have the full picture of your celebration, from the first brush stroke to the final exit. You do not need to perform for the camera; just focus on your loved ones and let me worry about the composition and the light. It is about documenting the anticipation, the joy, and the little details like your jewelry or the dress, so that years later, you can look back and remember exactly how you felt in those quiet moments.
