Before we build a single arch or hang a light, I create detailed 3D renders of your decor. You walk through your venue virtually, checking the mandap, seating, and floral layouts to ensure every detail matches the picture in your head, so there are no surprises on the wedding day.
Every wedding has a story, or a 'Prem Kahani' as we like to call it. My role is to make sure your day reflects that story, not just a checklist of traditions. Whether you are planning an intimate Bangalore ceremony or a destination wedding in Goa, my process starts with visualization. I do not want you guessing what your mandap or sangeet stage will look like. By the time we start setup, you have already walked through your event virtually.
We handle the logistics so you do not have to. This means managing vendor negotiations, tracking budgets, and creating robust contingency plans for things like sudden Goa rain or technical glitches. My team of 6 to 8 coordinators focuses on the flow of the event, from the baraat timing to the last dance at your reception. We manage the vendor calls and guest management for up to 50 out-of-town guests, allowing you to actually be present with your family instead of managing crises.
From poolside Haldi setups to disco-themed Sangeet nights, we work on projects of all sizes. If you want a specific vibe, we build the theme around it.
