About Urban & Contemporary Grooves
If you are worried about whether you can keep up, please don't be. We spend the first part of every session breaking down the foundations, the specific isolated movements, and the rhythm, before we even touch the choreography, so you learn to actually move with the music instead of just copying steps.
Whether you are looking to master hip-hop grooves or explore the fluid, emotional storytelling of contemporary dance, our sessions are designed to help you build real skills. We believe that dance is a craft, not just a series of moves. That is why our training includes everything from body isolation drills and weight transfer techniques to understanding musicality and battle confidence.
Our classes run in both our Ghaziabad and Noida locations, and they are structured to cater to different goals. If you are here for the culture, our Hip-Hop batches focus on old-school foundations and freestyle development.
