This was the kick-off for my August Glow Up Challenge. These challenges are designed to help you level up your entire routine, from fitness to skincare, with daily actionable steps.
A key part of my glow up challenge is the morning routine. This includes a sunrise walk to boost energy, dry brushing to improve lymph flow, and daily cardio to get the body moving.
The midday glow up focuses on resetting for the rest of the day. I recommend a balanced lunch with protein and healthy fats, switching to green tea instead of coffee, and listening to an inspiring podcast.
My evening glow up routine is all about winding down. It includes a digestion walk, a calming herbal tea, and body care like an Epsom salt foot soak to relax and prepare for a good night's sleep.
This was Day 1 of my New Year Glowing Skin Series. Challenges like these are a great way to commit to a routine and see real changes. It's all about starting the journey.
On Day 2 of the series, I shared my DIY flaxseed and rice flour mask. This is a perfect example of the simple, effective recipes I include in my challenges to help you get glowing skin and healthy hair.
Day 3 was all about tackling dull and tanned skin with a homemade coffee mask. These daily tasks are easy to follow and use ingredients you likely already have at home.
For Day 4, I demonstrated how to make a DIY Vitamin C toner. This is a great way to brighten skin and boost collagen, and it's a staple in my glow up challenges.
