My coaching philosophy is rooted in reality. When you look at the results here, you are not looking at overnight magic. You are looking at months of consistent effort, dealing with life's curveballs like travel, work deadlines, and family commitments.
We focus on 'Ghar ka khana' because that is what you will actually eat long-term. If you cannot sustain your diet, you cannot sustain your results.
We work on shifting your mindset, too. Many clients come to me feeling self-conscious about cellulite, a small bra bulge, or not fitting into a standard mold of 'ideal.' We work to reframe that, focusing on what your body can do, how strong you feel, and how much energy you have, rather than just the number on the scale.
