About Family Events & Celebrations
At your event, our two-person team (a lead candid photographer and an associate) spends four hours capturing everything from the small decor details to genuine guest interactions. We believe in letting the day unfold naturally, so you will receive a mix of 80 to 100 professionally color-corrected images and a short cinematic highlight reel that reflects the true vibe of your gathering.
When you are hosting a milestone event, the last thing you want is a photographer constantly asking you to pose or look at the lens. That is why our approach to family events and celebrations is rooted in candid storytelling. We want to document the day exactly as it happens: the nervous excitement before the cake cutting, the kids running around, and the shared glances between family members.
What Our Event Coverage Includes
Our standard event package is designed for gatherings where the flow of emotion matters more than staged production. We cover up to 4 hours of your event, which allows us to settle in, build a rapport with your guests, and capture those fleeting, authentic interactions.
The Deliverables:
- Photography: You receive 80-100 high-resolution, professionally color-corrected images. We focus on clean edits that remove color casts and highlight the natural tones of your venue.
- Cinematic Reel: You also get a 30-60 second cinematic highlight reel, set to music, which is perfect for sharing on social media. It captures the energy of the party in a short, impactful video.
- Team: Our two-person team ensures that we don't miss a thing. While one of us focuses on the main action and portraits, the other covers candid guest moments, venue details, and the overall atmosphere.
