About Behind the Scenes: The Making Of
You often see the final polished setup, but my team and I spend hours on the structural foundation long before the first guest walks in. Whether we are constructing a cherry blossom arch on a ladder or layering fresh marigold strings for a Ganpati setup, our process relies on precision framing. We balance the weight of fresh blooms with sturdy, reusable structures, ensuring everything stays secure for the duration of your event, even in Mumbai's humidity.
We believe that great decor is built from the ground up. When you book a setup, you are getting a team that understands how to anchor a 30ft entrance tunnel or align a circular floral frame so it looks seamless in your photos.
Our Process
We start with the frame. We use specialized hardware for large structures like our 20ft stage backdrops to ensure stability. Once the frame is set, the layering begins. For fresh flower projects, we use high-grade floral foam to keep blooms hydrated and vibrant throughout your ceremony. If you choose an artificial setup, we use premium silk flowers that mimic the texture of the real thing, avoiding that artificial look.
Handling Constraints
Every space has limits, from apartment ceiling heights to venue access. We have perfected techniques for quick assembly, especially for intimate home events where time is limited. We bring everything pre-assembled where possible, finishing the detailing on-site to minimize disruption to your home or venue.
Fresh vs. Artificial
We offer both. Fresh flowers bring the fragrance and energy that many families want for traditional pujas and haldi ceremonies. For clients prioritizing longevity or budget, our artificial silk arrangements provide the same visual impact without the worry of wilting. Regardless of the choice, the attention to detail remains identical.
