We believe food tastes best when it has not traveled miles to reach your plate. Our buffet menu is built around the season, meaning you get the sweetest Kinnow juice in the winter and crisp, fresh salads when the weather turns. We focus on the live experience, whether it is our vegetable skewers sizzling over open coals or pasta tossed to order.

It is simple, honest, and hearty, just like cooking at home. We use our own farm-made A2 Bilona ghee, ensuring that the flavor is authentic and healthy.
