Ceiling Balloons & Rose Petal Decor
Room Transformation
- Ceiling Decor: Installation of 40 to 50 metallic or pastel latex balloons attached to the ceiling. Each balloon features hanging curled ribbons (approx. 5ft drop) to create a canopy effect.
- Floor Arrangement: 20 to 30 loose balloons scattered around the bed and floor area.
- Foil Balloons: Includes 1 script foil balloon (Choice of Love, Happy Anniversary, or Happy Birthday) mounted on the wall or headboard.
- Note: Balloons are air filled and stuck using removable paper tape or glue dots.
Floral & Romantic Elements
- Petal Art: 1 kg to 1.5 kg of fresh rose petals (red/desi rose mix) used to create a design on the bed or floor.
- Design Options: Petals can be arranged to spell I LOVE YOU, HBD, or formed into a large filled Heart shape.
- Candles: Placement of 10 to 15 tea light candles (standard wax) to outline the petal design.
Cabana Canopy with Fairy Lights
The Cabana Setup
- Structure: Creation of a pyramid style tent over the bed using sheer white net/organza fabric draped from a center point to the four corners of the bed.
- Lighting: Integration of 6 to 8 strings of LED fairy lights (warm yellow) interwoven with the fabric to create a glowing effect inside the canopy.
Bed & Floor Decor
- Floral Bedding: Heavy sprinkling of fresh rose petals (approx. 2 kg) covering the bedsheet within the canopy.
- Message: Initials of the couple or a Heart shape created with contrasting petals or candles.
- Floor Decor: A pathway leading to the bed created with rose petals and 20 tea light candles.
- Balloons: 40 to 50 metallic balloons scattered on the floor around the bed frame.

- Heart Foils: 2 to 3 Red Heart shaped foil balloons (18 inch) hung on the curtains or placed on the bed.
6ft Circular Ring & Neon Sign Setup
Backdrop Structure
- Frame: A 6x6 ft circular metal ring stand (rental basis) served as the centerpiece.
- Balloon Garland: An organic style balloon arrangement covering approx. 60% to 70% of the ring.
- Balloon Count: Usage of 200 to 250 latex balloons in a dual or tri color theme. Includes a mix of metallic, chrome, and pastel finishes.
- Accents: Inclusion of 4 to 5 foil Star or Spike balloons integrated into the garland.
Lighting & Props
- Neon Signage: One rental Neon Light Sign hung in the center of the ring. Options: generic Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, or Better Together.
- Cake Stand: One cylindrical pedestal or wire frame table for cake cutting.
- Marquee Number: One LED Marquee Number (approx. 2ft height) denoting the year placed on the floor.
Logistics
- Return Policy: The ring frame, neon sign, and electrical extensions are rentals and will be collected the next day.
Grand Proposal: Marquee Letters & Pyro
The Main Attraction
- Marquee Letters: Rental of 7 large illuminated LED letters spelling MARRY ME (approx. 2.5ft to 3ft height each).
- Ring Symbol: One large LED Diamond Ring prop (light up) placed alongside the text.
- Heart Backdrop: A massive 6ft to 8ft Heart shaped structure completely filled with tightly packed balloons serving as the background for the letters.
Atmosphere & Walkway
- Grand Pathway: A thick layer of fresh red rose petals (approx. 6 kg to 8 kg) creating a walkway leading up to the letters.
- Aisle Lighting: Lining of the pathway with 10 to 12 vintage style lanterns or electric candles.
- Signage: One wooden easel stand displaying a printed flex board (e.g. Our Love Story).
Special Effects
- Cold Pyro: Includes 4 units of Cold Pyro guns/fountains (remote controlled) triggered at the moment of the proposal.
Logistics
- Duration: Rental is for 3 to 4 hours of event time. Items are collected the same night or next morning.
- Power: Client must provide a power outlet near the lawn area.
