Complete Potted Plant Setup
Planter Hardware
- Premium Pot: Includes one high-quality planter. Options include 12-14 inch glazed Ceramic (various designs) or 18-24 inch matte finish Fiber/Resin (White/Grey/Black).
- Accessories: All pots come with drainage checks and bottom plates. Wrought iron stands included for smaller pot sizes (10-12 inch).
Plant Material
- Foliage Selection: One acclimatized indoor or semi-shade plant (3ft to 6ft height).
- Varieties: Options include Snake Plant, Areca Palm, ZZ Plant, Ficus (Benjamina/Moclame), or Rubber Plant based on light conditions.
Soil & Finish
- Potting Mix: Nutrient-rich blend of garden soil, cocopeat, vermicompost, and neem khali.
- Aesthetics: Top layer of decorative white pebbles to hide soil. Leaves cleaned and polished with neem oil spray.
Garden Lawn Development & Softscaping
Soil Preparation
- Site Work: Clearance of basic debris and manual tilling/digging up to 8 inches deep.
- Treatment: Application of anti-termite chemicals (Chloropyrifos) and mixing of cow dung manure (Gobar Khad) for soil health.
Grass Installation
- Turf Laying: Supply and installation of readymade grass carpet slabs.
- Varieties: Choice between Selection No. 1 (Soft, requires sun) or Mexican Grass (Hardy, shade tolerant).
- Finishing: Rolling and beating of grass to ensure soil contact and a level surface.
Border Planting
- Hedge Row: Planting of hardy border plants along the periphery (approx. 3 plants per running foot).
- Varieties: Duranta, Hamelia, or Alternanthera. Includes first heavy flooding to set roots.
Natural Privacy Screening & Green Walls
Plant Specifications
- Height: Initial planting height guaranteed between 4 ft to 6 ft for immediate impact.
- Varieties: Options include Green Bamboo (fast growing), Ficus Panda/Benjamina (dense foliage), or Areca Palms (bushy screening).
Installation Density
- Spacing: High-density planting of approx. 2 to 3 large plants per running foot to form a visual wall.
- Support: Bamboo stick staking included to ensure vertical growth and wind resistance.
Ground Work
- Prep: Trench digging for ground planting or filling of existing large troughs.
- Consultation: Expert advice on spacing from walls to prevent dampness while maximizing privacy.

I run Fancy Cement Works Nursery, and landscape gardening is our main kaam (job). Whether it’s your ghar (home) or office, we make spaces green and sundar (beautiful) with plants. Small balcony to big office - sab kuch (everything) we handle.

We're right here at Ajronda Chowk, Faridabad. This nursery, it’s our heart. Plants aren’t just business for us—they’re family. Rahul Gandhi ji even dropped by once, had breakfast, big day for us!
