We bring the pizzeria to your venue, hand-stretching fresh dough right before your guests. We use premium Mutti Italian tomato sauce and high-quality toppings, ensuring every slice is hot, crispy, and baked to order in our portable stone-deck ovens. We do not use frozen bases or pre-cooked food, so your guests get a fresh, interactive culinary experience throughout the event.
How We Manage Your Live Pizza Station
When you hire us for a live pizza setup, we handle everything from the equipment to the service. Our goal is to keep the energy high and the food consistently fresh for 3 to 4 hours of unlimited consumption.
The Setup We arrive with our own portable stone-deck ovens, tables, and red or white frilled skirting to match your event theme. We include chalkboard easels for the menu, so your guests know exactly what combinations are available. If your event is outdoors, we provide canopy setups to ensure weather doesn't interrupt the service.
Menu Flexibility We offer different packages depending on your event size and taste preferences:
- Stone-Baked Only: 4-5 types of thin-crust pizzas with classic toppings like sweet corn, capsicum, olives, and mozzarella.
- The Italian Combo: Includes all the pizzas from our base package plus a live pasta station serving Penne and Fusilli in Arrabiata, Alfredo, or Pink sauce, accompanied by mocktails.
- Global Carnival: A full-scale catering setup featuring our pizza station, a Chinese wok station for Hakka noodles or Manchurian, and an American station serving mini-burgers and fries.
