Gently uncover family patterns and ancestral burdens through visual mapping. A safe, non-judgmental space to see where love feels blocked and restore your inner flow.

In a typical session, we use a board and figures to represent your family system. This constellation revealed how a client's physical weight was connected to the emotional burden of being the 'giver' in all her relationships, allowing her to release judgments and find peace.

This session explored feelings of inadequacy stemming from a client feeling unseen by her parents. The constellation allowed her to step out of the mediator role she had taken on and finally receive the acknowledgment she needed, restoring order and love.

Sometimes, we use crayons to represent family members and their positions. This simple yet profound setup helped to acknowledge the presence of an unborn sibling, a key step in healing the family system and understanding its impact on the present.

A constellation can also map abstract feelings, like the tension between the comfort of the 'Known' and the fear of the 'Unknown'. This process helps you see where you are torn, so you can consciously choose your path forward with clarity and acceptance.

These peg dolls are representatives in the 'knowing field'. As a practitioner, I am humbled by this work, knowing that love without order is incomplete. My goal is to help you find that order so love can flow.

This black and white image emphasizes the timeless nature of family systems. The patterns and loyalties we explore often stretch back through generations, and this work honors all who came before us.

About The Family Constellation Process: Mapping Your Inner World

In a 75-90 minute session, we do not need your actual family present. Using wooden figurines or simple markers on a tabletop, we create a visual map of your family system. This allows you to stand back, see where you might be carrying burdens that are not yours—like unacknowledged trauma or hidden loyalties—and gently address them so you can reclaim your own space.
