Our Featured Event Decoration Projects in Mumbai
Here is a look at our favourite setups, from traditional Dohale Jevan ceremonies to milestone birthdays. We keep things simple, professional, and within your budget.
A grand and traditional Dohale Jevan setup we created, featuring a beautiful peacock-themed jhula for the mother-to-be. The stage includes a custom printed backdrop of Yashoda and Krishna, a floral moon-shaped seat, and a vibrant, colorful carpet.
An elegant stage decoration for a 70th birthday party in Mumbai. This setup features a classic gold and white balloon arch, a "Happy Birthday PAPA" neon sign, and large, illuminated marquee numbers for the age.
We transformed this room for a romantic birthday celebration. The decor includes a red carpet walkway, a heart-shaped arch made of red roses, and dozens of red heart-shaped foil balloons filling the space.
A charming teddy bear themed backdrop for a Baptism ceremony. This setup features a custom printed circular backdrop with the child's name, framed by a blue and white balloon arch, with a cute teddy bear appearing to float with balloons.
A unique and traditional stage setup for a Hindu thread ceremony, also known as Upanayana. We used custom illustrated cutouts depicting the rituals of the ceremony to create an authentic and meaningful backdrop for the event.
A beautiful floral setup for a traditional Marathi baby shower. The backdrop features a white curtain with fairy lights, a floral ring, and a sign that reads 'Kunitari Yenar Ga!', which means 'Someone is coming!'.
A stylish and fun retirement party decoration at a Gorai beach venue. We set up a shimmering gold sequin wall with a 'Happy Retirement' sign, framed by a black, gold, and white balloon arch for a perfect photo backdrop.
An elegant and intimate seating arrangement for a wedding anniversary celebration. The decor includes a beautiful backdrop with white and peach fabric draping, fairy lights, and floral arrangements in the corners.
About Featured
When we take on your booking, my team handles the entire setup, from the backdrop frame to the final balloon placement. We aim to complete assembly in 90 to 180 minutes depending on the complexity, ensuring your venue is ready well before guests arrive. You will not need to supervise the work or worry about the logistics.
Decoration for Every Occasion
We focus on making event spaces look good without the stress. Whether you are hosting a traditional Marathi baby shower (Dohale Jevan) or a grand 70th birthday party, the approach remains the same: clear communication and reliable execution.
How We Work
- Customization: You share your vision or the theme you want—like a Peacock-themed jhula or a gold and white birthday arch—and we create a setup that fits your available space.
- Reliable Setup: We know the Mumbai area, including Kandivali, Borivali, and Malad, so we handle the logistics and transport. Our team arrives prepared with all the required props, neon signs, and floral elements to build the stage or backdrop quickly.
- Budget-Friendly Options: We offer flexible packages based on where you are celebrating. An apartment living room setup is different from a banquet hall stage, and we price our work to make sure you get the best value for your money.
Why Choose Us

If you need a specific look—be it an elegant floral backdrop for an anniversary or a fun teddy bear theme for a baptism—we can replicate the styles you see in our gallery. We avoid drama and focus on delivering a clean, neat setup that helps you host a memorable celebration.
