From Concept to Reality: Our Design Process
We remove the guesswork from your office greening project by visualizing exactly how your space will look before we start. See your vision come to life in 3D before a single plant is placed.
Our process involves several key stages, from initial consultation and design development to material procurement and final installation. This graphic gives a high-level overview of what it's like to work with us on a landscape design project.
This image shows a 3D rendering we created for a client, visualizing how plants would look in illuminated wall niches. Sharing these visuals beforehand sets clear expectations and ensures the client is happy with the design direction.
This is the final executed project, showing how closely the real installation matches our 3D rendering. Our meticulous planning process ensures that the vision we present is the reality we deliver.
A 3D animated walkthrough of an outdoor landscape design. This kind of visualization is invaluable for large-scale projects, as it allows the client to experience the space virtually before any construction begins.
This is a 3D rendering of a large park-like area we designed. It shows the placement of trees, flower beds, and pathways, helping us plan a beautiful and functional outdoor space that promotes well-being.
The first step in our process is Design Concept Development. Here, we are presenting a 3D rendering of a landscape design to a client on a large screen, allowing for discussion and feedback.
We designed this serene prayer space within an internal courtyard. The 3D rendering shows our plan to use a green wall as a backdrop for a Ganesha statue and a decorative "Om" panel, creating a peaceful, spiritual oasis.
A 3D rendering of a balcony design. We can help you visualize how to turn even a small outdoor space into a green retreat with the right plants and furniture.
About From Concept to Reality: Our Design Process
When we plan your space, we start with a physical site audit to check light, humidity, and HVAC layouts. You get detailed AutoCAD floor plans and 3D renderings that show exactly where every planter, moss wall, or vertical garden will sit. If you decide to move forward with our execution team, we credit 50 percent of your design fee back against the final bill.
Our design process is built on transparency because I know that seeing is believing. We want you to feel confident about the investment before the installation begins.
Step 1: Site Audit and Measurement
We visit your space to assess the environment. It is not just about aesthetics. We check natural light availability, humidity levels, and existing office foot traffic to ensure the plants we choose will actually thrive.
Step 2: Concept and Strategy
We sit down to define the look. Whether you want a dense jungle vibe or a clean, minimalist corporate aesthetic, this is where we align on the vision. We discuss planter finishes, hardscape materials, and green placement.
Step 3: AutoCAD Layouts and 3D Visualization
This is the technical core. We draft 2D AutoCAD layouts for precision and create high-quality 3D renderings. These visual previews showcase your space with proposed greenery, lighting like ring lights or spotlights, and custom decor. You will see exactly how the layout interacts with your furniture.
Step 4: Finalizing the Palette
Once the design is locked, we curate the plant and material palette. We select varieties like Areca Palm or Philodendron and hardscapes like FRP planters to match your branding. Because we believe in our work, 50 percent of the design fee is rebated if you hire us for the installation. This keeps our process accessible and ensures we are all working toward the same result. No surprises, just a green office that functions as well as it looks.
