Car Boot & Basic Room Surprise Setup
Setup Configuration (Choose One)
- Car Boot Option: Decoration of a standard hatchback or SUV trunk using 40 to 50 air filled balloons (red or theme colors) and a paper occasion banner.
- Room Option: Basic wall decoration for a single room with 50 to 70 air filled balloons taped to walls, ceilings, or scattered on the floor. Includes foil balloons for age or occasion.
Lighting & Personalization
- Illumination: 2 to 3 strings of battery operated warm white fairy lights.
- Photos: Printing and hanging of 10 to 15 postcard sized photographs clipped onto strings or lights.
- Details: Minimal scattering of loose rose petals on the bed, table, or car floor.
Execution
- Duration: Setup time is approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
- Balloon Type: All balloons are air filled. Helium (floating) balloons are not included.
Signature Cabana Terrace Decor
Structure & Furniture
- Cabana Frame: A 4 post metal or PVC rectangular frame (approx. 6x6 to 8x8 feet) set up on a terrace or garden.
- Draping: Sheer white polyester curtains covering the frame.
- Seating: Setup of either a floor mattress/cushion arrangement OR a standard table for two with a clean tablecloth.
Lighting Configuration
- Canopy: Extensive warm white LED string lights wrapped around pillars and draped across the top.
- Floor Lighting: 30 to 50 LED flameless candles (tea lights and pillars) arranged on the floor for wind resistance.
- Signage: One light up marquee sign (e.g., LOVE) placed near the seating area.
Decor Elements
- Photos: 15 to 20 printed photographs suspended from the cabana roof frame.
- Florals: Fresh rose petals scattered on the floor and table surface.
- Message Board: Includes a chalkboard or easel with a handwritten message.
Grand 'Marry Me' Proposal Installation
Main Installation
- Heart Arch: A 6 to 7 foot tall structure densely packed with artificial red roses.
- Signage: A bright neon "Will You MARRY ME?" sign suspended within the heart arch.
- Flooring: Artificial green turf mats covering the immediate proposal area.
Aisle & Pathway
- Walkway: Defined aisle using LED rope lights or candle rows leading to the arch.
- Props: Decorative birdcages, lanterns, and LED pillar candles placed along the path.
- Overhead Lights: Parallel strings of serial bulbs installed overhead (requires existing mounting points).
Special Effects
- Pyrotechnics: 2 to 4 remote controlled cold pyro shots triggered during the proposal.
- Flowers: One bunch of fresh red roses (10 to 12 stems) to hand over.
- Note: Dancers or flashmob services are not included in this package.
