2 BHK Standard Turnkey Package
Modular Kitchen (L-Shape/Straight)
- Structure: Water-resistant BWP Ply (Borer Proof) carcass with High-Gloss or Matte 1mm Laminate finish.
- Fittings: SS 304 Grade Wire Baskets (Cutlery, Thali, etc.), soft-close hinges, and hydraulic gas pumps for overhead units.
Bedroom Storage (2 Units)
- Dimensions: Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes (approx. 7ft height) for Master and Guest bedrooms.
- Finish: Swing door (hinged) or basic sliding mechanism with external laminate and standard internal shelving.
Living & Dining Setup
- False Ceiling: Peripheral or geometric POP design for Living and Dining areas with provision for Cove lights.
- TV Unit: Custom-designed wall unit (up to 6ft wide) with laminate paneling and bottom storage drawers.

Paint & Electrical
- Wall Finish: Repainting with Premium Emulsion (Asian Paints/Berger) for walls and ceilings.

Premium Acrylic Kitchen
- Finish: High-gloss Acrylic or Anti-scratch finishes on BWR/BWP Plywood.
- Accessories: Premium hardware (Hettich Innotech/Blum), Bottle pull-outs, Tall Pantry unit, and Wicker baskets.
Luxury Wardrobes & Mandir
- Master Bedroom: Sliding wardrobe with Lacquered Glass, Mirror, or PU finish shutters.
- Guest/Kids Rooms: 2 Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes integrated with dressing units or study tables.
- Pooja Unit: CNC-cut or Corian-finish custom Mandir with backlighting.
Wall Paneling & Ceiling

- Walls: Texture paint or Wallpaper highlighting on one feature wall per room.
- Electrical: Complete electrical looping for new points and AC piping concealment.

Partitions & Civil Work
- Cabins: 10mm/12mm toughened glass partitions with patch fittings or aluminum framing.
- Flooring: Heavy-duty Carpet Tiles for workstations; Vinyl or Vitrified Tiles for reception and pantry areas.
- Walls: Drywall partitions with sound insulation for conference rooms.
Workstations & Furniture
- Staff Area: Modular linear or L-shaped workstations with screen dividers and pedestal storage.
- Executive: MD/Manager desks made of Ply + Veneer/Laminate with side runners. Includes ergonomic mesh chairs for staff.
