About The Daily Grind: How Champions Are Built

We train 6 days a week at our Dwarka halls, and the pace is relentless. Regardless of whether you specialize in Foil, Epee, or Sabre, you will spend your first weeks mastering footwork and conditioning before even picking up a blade. It is physically demanding, but this is exactly how we ensure our students develop the explosive stamina required for a 9-minute competition bout.
