Custom Kids' Party Gowns and Hand-Embroidered Ethnic Wear

This collection represents the heart of what I do at Designer Trends. I believe children deserve the same attention to detail as any bride, which is why I apply the same Maggam and Zardosi hand-embroidery techniques to my kids' wear collections.

Why Custom Matters

Every piece here starts from a sketch and a set of measurements. Nothing is off-the-rack. Whether you choose a high-volume tulle ball gown for a birthday or a traditional silk lehenga for a wedding, the structure is built for comfort. I use hard-net layers for that princess-style volume, but I always ensure the inner lining is soft against the skin so your child can play and move freely.

My Design Process

When you visit my studio in Kadrenahalli, we sit down to discuss the fabric, color, and embroidery details. If you want a Kanjeevaram silk skirt for a festival or a multi-layered gown for a photoshoot, we create it from scratch. I also include matching accessories like headbands, ensuring the look is complete without you needing to hunt for add-ons elsewhere.

Fitting and Growth

I know how fast kids grow. That is why I include a 1-2 inch inner margin in all bodices, making the outfits wearable for more than just one event. If you have a specific vision, bring it to the studio and we will make it happen.
