We are proud to house Fly Zone Fitness by Kuldeep Shashi, India's biggest action training center. This is where you can push your physical boundaries through gymnastics, martial arts, and specialized action workouts.

About Fly Zone: Action & Fitness Training
We have built the Fly Zone with dedicated, high-impact matting and professional-grade boxing rings, specifically to keep you safe while you work on high-intensity moves. Whether you are training for a competitive sport or just want to build serious functional strength, you get the floor space and the specialized equipment, like pommel horses and punching bags, that you will not find in a standard gym.
The Fly Zone is not just an open floor, it is a comprehensive action training center designed for those who take their movement seriously. We have designed this space to bridge the gap between recreational fitness and professional sport, providing an environment that supports everything from basic acrobatic conditioning to high-intensity combat sports.
Our facility features:
- Gymnastics & Acro Area: Complete with competition-grade mats, landing pads, and a pommel horse, allowing for safe practice of tumbles, flips, and balance techniques.
- Boxing & Combat Zone: A regulation boxing ring surrounded by heavy bags and speed bags, where you can practice striking with proper power and form.
- Functional Training Space: A versatile floor layout marked for agility drills and plyometric patterns, giving you the room to move without obstruction.
Located within the District Sports Club in BKC, this is the only spot in the city where you can switch from a structured gymnastics routine to a boxing session under one roof. We cater to all levels, so whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics of movement or an athlete needing space to refine your agility, the Fly Zone is equipped to handle your training requirements.
