In our projects, like the Sigma 1 villa in Noida, we transformed underutilized square footage into high-performance entertainment zones. For home theatres, we go beyond just a big screen. We focus on tiered flooring for better visibility, sound-absorbing wall treatments to prevent echoes, and smart lighting that dims automatically when the movie starts.
For home gyms, it is about creating a space that actually makes you want to work out. This means installing rubberized, shock-absorbent flooring, setting up proper ventilation, and using mirror placement to make the space feel larger and more dynamic. We also handle the civil and structural work for outdoor areas. Whether it is a rooftop pergola with a waterfall feature or a terrace garden with a jacuzzi, we ensure the weight load is managed and waterproofing is done right. Our goal is to create these unique spots while keeping the rest of your home Vastu-compliant and functional.
