For instance, in our recent work at Raffles, Udaipur, we incorporated a full-scale concert stage for live performers, ensuring the technical setup allowed for seamless sound transitions without compromising the aesthetic. We treat these spaces as stages where art meets function. From custom-built entry tunnels like the keyhole installation we created for a Kusama-inspired theme, to the placement of floral urns that frame rather than block sightlines, every element serves the larger visual story.
Reception Design & Production
The reception is your formal finale. This is where we emphasize elegance. We utilize sculptural floral arrangements and layered lighting to transform spaces like the Fairmont Jaipur or Royal Saray into intimate, sophisticated environments. Our on-site team manages the flow of the night—handling the technical requirements of artist riders, sound consoles, and the choreography of the arrival itself. You focus on the moment, and we handle the mechanics that make it possible.
Our Process
We prefer to start early. A typical engagement spans 6 to 9 months of planning. This lead time allows us to handle venue sourcing, create precise 3D renders of your decor, and manage the complex logistics that define destination weddings.
