• Pre-Event Sync: I work with your production team to understand the Run of Show. I make sure I know the technical cues, the video assets, and exactly when to cue the music or light changes.
• Talent Management: I am comfortable interviewing celebrities, dignitaries, and executives. I know how to navigate the conversation to keep it relevant to the brand while keeping the guest comfortable and the audience entertained.
• Crowd Control: For large-scale events, I manage the energy. I switch languages between English, Hindi, and Gujarati to ensure everyone, from VIP guests to media teams, feels connected.
• On-the-Fly Adaptability: If a technical glitch happens or a speaker runs late, I keep the momentum going. I use my experience from 1500+ live events to fill gaps without killing the vibe.
