About Relationship Counselling: Reconnect and Communicate

I offer extended 75 to 90-minute sessions because a standard hour is rarely enough to truly hear both sides. My approach to relationship counselling is not about taking sides or assigning blame. It is a mediation process where we examine the 'Emotional Bank Account' of your relationship. We look at what is being deposited versus what is being withdrawn, using practical communication scripts to de-escalate arguments at home and move from 'me versus you' to 'us versus the problem.'
