Sensory Play and Creative Art Workshops for Kids
A glimpse into our world where little hands get messy, active minds explore, and happy hearts grow through music, art, and play.
This is what pure, joyful learning looks like. I love watching so many little hands working together, exploring a vibrant green sensory bin filled with natural wooden tools. This kind of hands on, minds on play is fantastic for developing fine motor skills and encouraging cooperative fun.
Look at this beautiful, edible rainbow. We use fresh, colorful fruits like dragon fruit, kiwi, and oranges for a multi sensory experience that is completely taste safe. It’s a wonderful way for babies and toddlers to explore textures, smells, and tastes in a safe and delicious way.
We are going on a bear hunt. I bring classic stories to life by turning them into interactive art adventures. Here, children are using squeegees to paint a deep, cold river and getting their hands into squelchy mud, connecting literature with tactile creation.
Yes, even the littlest babies can paint. I make my own edible, taste safe paints so there are no worries if curious mouths have a little taste. It’s the perfect, gentle introduction to the world of color and creativity for your baby.
A peek into the rhythm of our sessions. From making music together on tambourines and enjoying story time, to the magic of parachute play, every moment is designed for connection and development. I believe in creating a space where both children and parents feel the joy.
We travel the world through art, right here in our studio. In this session, we explored the beautiful tradition of Indian Kalamkari block printing. It’s a wonderful way for children to appreciate different cultures and art forms while creating something beautiful.
Let's make your little one's birthday extra special. This is a sneak peek into one of our creative birthday parties, complete with a beading station, mask decorating, and fun body art. I handle the creative entertainment so you can enjoy the celebration.
About Featured
I prep all our art materials in-house, from our yogurt-based edible paints to our homemade sensory doughs, so you never have to worry about what your toddler puts in their mouth. Everything in our studio, even the glue, is 100% taste-safe, non-toxic, and ready for those curious, exploratory little fingers.
We believe that if a child is having fun, they are learning. Our workshops go beyond typical art classes. We use music, specifically live sessions with my ukulele, Red, to guide the energy of the room. We might start with a fast-paced song to get everyone dancing and then transition to a quiet, focused sensory activity to calm the space down.
Each session is a bit wild and entirely hands-on. Whether we are squelching through 'mud' made from natural materials or experimenting with Kalamkari block printing, the goal is always development through discovery. We keep our batches small, with only 8 to 12 children, so I can provide individual attention and ensure every child, including those who are neurodivergent or differently-abled, feels at home.
Parents, this is also your space. While your little ones are busy with their creations, you are welcome to sit, grab a coffee, and catch your breath. We handle all the cleanup, so you leave with nothing but glitter in your hair and happy memories. Join us at our studio to see how we blend early childhood development with good old-fashioned messy fun.
