Custom Hand-Painted Canvas Art
Welcome to my little corner of creativity. This collection shows the journey of my art, from the first pencil sketch on a blank canvas to the final, carefully wrapped package reaching your home.
My plans for the evening often look like this: me, a canvas, and my paints. This is my happy place, where I can get lost in the process of creating something new, like this colorful Ganesha painting.
That moment when your brain quiets down and your hands take over. This is the beginning of every painting, a quiet conversation between me and a blank canvas, ready for a new idea.
The final step. I take great care in packaging each painting, ensuring it arrives safely. It's always a special moment sending a piece of my art out into the world to its new home.
A mock-up of my Pichwai-inspired cow painting in a vibrant, eclectic room. This shows how the artwork's bright pinks and greens can add a playful yet spiritual touch to a colorful interior.
Another view of the round Pichwai canvas against a clean white wall, accompanied by a simple plant. This demonstrates how the piece can stand alone as a modern, minimalist statement.
The Radha Krishna painting displayed on a wooden console against a warm-toned wall. This setup highlights the painting's traditional feel and shows how it can create a focal point in a cozy space.
Here, the Radha Krishna canvas is shown in a kitchen or dining nook with open shelving. It illustrates how spiritual art can be beautifully integrated into the everyday spaces of your home.
About Behind The Brush
Every piece I create is more than just paint on canvas. Whether it’s a detailed Radha Krishna portrait or an abstract nature study, I sketch every design by hand directly onto the canvas before picking up a brush. It is a slow, intentional process that ensures each artwork feels personal, alive, and made specifically for your space.
For me, the studio is a place to disconnect and recharge. This cluster, Behind the Brush, is about sharing that quiet energy with you. When you commission a painting, you are not just getting an object, you are getting a piece of that creative process.
I use professional-grade acrylics on stretched cotton canvases, ensuring vibrant colors and longevity. Every piece is sealed with a gloss or matte varnish to protect your art from dust and UV light. If you choose something with texture, like my impasto abstract works, I use modeling paste and palette knives to build physical depth you can actually feel. Spiritual pieces, like Radha Krishna or Ganesha, receive extra care with gold leaf foiling for that soft, divine shimmer.
The final step is just as important as the first. I package every order in brown craft paper with twine, and I always include a hand-drawn note or a handmade bookmark. It is my way of sending a little bit of that 'happy place' energy to your home. Whether you need a large statement piece for your living room or a small, meaningful gift that adds a cozy vibe to your shelf, I am here to help translate your vision into something tangible and permanent.
