Creating a stress-free environment starts with patience. We know that many dogs get anxious around water or loud dryers. By making the process fun, we break down those barriers. Whether it is a quick bath or a full deep-tissue massage, my team focuses on keeping them calm. You will often find us singing to pets or using treats to reward them for staying still. It is all about making the good part of the day the spa visit itself. We use natural, gentle products that are safe for sensitive skin and ensure every grooming session is customised to the breed and personality of your furry friend. Since starting in 2014, I have seen that a relaxed pet is a happy pet, and that makes the whole experience easier for you as a pawrent, too. We keep our space at Galleria Market spotless because hygiene is our top priority, but we never let the discipline get in the way of having a good time with our furry visitors.
