By connecting via video, I can witness your dog in its most comfortable space. This provides me with an authentic view of your body language and the dog’s response to your current cues.

For our video call, ensure you have a space where you can move around with your phone or laptop. It helps to have your dog's usual gear ready—the leash, harness, or specific toys you use daily. If you are dealing with a specific behavioural problem, be ready to demonstrate the situation so I can provide immediate, actionable feedback.
