Recovery requires more than just rest. We design personalized rehabilitation plans to regain your strength and mobility safely, without shortcuts.

For optimal recovery from orthopedic and sports injuries, continuous physiotherapy is non-negotiable. This video shows a patient performing strengthening and stability exercises, which are vital to getting back to normal life without shortcuts.

This video demonstrates five excellent exercises to improve knee and foot stability after a ligament injury (ACL, PCL, etc.). Post-injury rehabilitation is crucial for restoring strength and preventing re-injury.

We provide post-operative physiotherapy for patients from all over the world, like this gentleman from Kenya. He came to us with weakness and limited motion after shoulder surgery, and we worked to restore his strength and function.

The pain of recovery is often greater than the pain of injury, but it is worth it. This patient is working hard during his post-fracture shoulder rehabilitation, and we are there to support him every step of the way. Don't give up.

This patient came to us after surgery for a wrist fracture. The initial plaster cast caused elbow stiffness, so our rehabilitation focuses on mobilizing both the shoulder and elbow to ensure he regains full arm function.

This elderly patient had a shoulder fracture followed by surgery, which left her with a frozen shoulder. I explain how physiotherapy, using techniques like stretching, strengthening, and mobilization, is the key to her recovery.

About Post-Surgery & Injury Recovery

The biggest mistake I see after surgery is waiting too long to start moving. When a cast or sling comes off, muscles are already stiff and joints feel locked. We do not just wait for you to heal; we start gentle, supervised mobilization immediately to prevent long-term rigidity. It is not just about reducing pain, it is about getting your strength back before the window of recovery closes.

Why Passive Recovery Often Fails

Recovery is not linear, and it is rarely passive. Many of our patients arrive after a surgery or fracture feeling discouraged because their progress has stalled at home. When a limb is in a cast or a sling for weeks, the muscles atrophy and the joint capsule stiffens. This is why we focus on active recovery.

Whether you are recovering from an ACL reconstruction, a wrist fracture, or joint replacement surgery, our approach involves a clear, three-phase plan:

  1. Assessment and Pain Management: We first look at your range of motion and pain levels. No heavy lifting yet. We use electro-therapy like IFT or TENS to calm the nerves and address the swelling that restricts movement.

  2. Controlled Mobilization: This is where we differ from standard clinics. We start controlled movement as soon as it is clinically safe. If it is a shoulder issue, we work on gentle pendulums and passive stretches. If it is a knee injury, we focus on quad activation to prevent muscle wastage.

  3. Functional Strength: We do not stop until you can perform daily tasks. We replicate the movements you need for your job or sport, ensuring the injured area is as strong as the healthy one.

Where We Provide Care

We offer both clinic visits across our Delhi locations—including Janakpuri, Vikaspuri, Dwarka, and Najafgarh—and home visits for patients who cannot travel. We know that convenience is key to consistency, so we bring portable, medical-grade equipment to your home to ensure you do not miss a single day of your rehab protocol. Do not let stiffness become your new normal. Reach out, and let us start the process of getting you back to your daily life.

I am Dr. Nasir, and I lead a team that is serious about rehabilitation. We have spent 15 years in Delhi clinics figuring out how to get patients back on their feet after surgery. If you have been told to just rest until the pain goes away, I want to talk to you because that is exactly when you need to start moving.
