About Behind the Decks
I run my sets using a standard Pioneer controller, focusing on live beat-matching and crowd interaction. Whether I am playing at a club or a house party, I keep my console area tight and my focus on the dance floor to ensure every transition hits the right vibe.
I treat every gig differently. If you are hiring me for a private house party, I bring a compact, professional console that fits on any sturdy table, plus sound gear suitable for fifty to seventy people. If you are booking for a larger event like a Sangeet or corporate night, I plug directly into your venue sound system. My music library is built for motion. I mix in real-time, pulling from a collection of Bollywood, Punjabi, and commercial hits that I update weekly. You won't hear a static playlist from me because I am always watching to see what gets the crowd moving. If the energy in the room shifts toward hip-hop or high-BPM electronic, I adjust on the fly. This flexibility is what makes a party work, ensuring the energy stays high from the first track to the last.
