About this collection
When I'm at the console, it's never just about hitting play. I spend the first few minutes reading the crowd's energy, mixing in Bollywood, Punjabi, or Bolly-tech bangers depending on what gets everyone moving. I keep my mic work sharp and minimal, just enough to hype the room without breaking the flow of the music.
For me, the console is where the real flying happens. I traded the cockpit for the DJ booth because nothing beats the rush of a packed dance floor. Whether I'm playing a corporate gala or a private house party, my priority is the vibe.
My sets are a mix of Bollywood classics, Punjabi hits, and some fresh Bolly-tech to keep things spicy. I use high-end Pioneer gear—typically the CDJ 2000NXS2 or 3000 series—to ensure the audio is crisp and the transitions are seamless.
I’m big on reading the room. If the guests are vibing to 90s retro, I lean into that. If it's a younger crowd, I push the tempo with some AfroBeats or unreleased mashups. I don't just stand there; I interact, I hype, and I make sure the energy stays high from the first track to the last. If you've got a specific Do Play or Don't Play list, send it over. I love prep work, but I'm best when I'm left to steer the ship and keep your guests on their feet.
