About The Vibe: Crowd & Atmosphere
The magic happens when I stop playing for myself and start playing for the crowd in front of me. I don’t rely on pre-set playlists because every room has a different pulse. Whether it is a Sunday brunch or a Friday night club set, I watch the floor for the first five minutes, identify who is engaging with the music, and adjust the tempo and genre to build that momentum. It is about creating that moment where everyone forgets they are at an event and just gets lost in the music.
Why crowd-reading matters
Music is subjective, but energy isn't. When I am behind the decks, my eyes are on the dance floor, not my phone. My style is open-format, which means I am comfortable blending Commercial, House, Bollywood, and Retro depending on what the vibe demands. If I am playing at a venue like Gawky Goose, the strategy is completely different from a corporate award night at Taj MG Road.
The Audio-Visual element
I do not stop at just sound. I am a VJ and visual artist, meaning I can sync custom visuals to my set. When the lights, the beat, and the screen content align, that is when you get that festival feeling even in a smaller, private space.
