Club Nights & Residencies with DJ Cloud
From deep techno warm-ups to high-energy Bollytech, I craft sets that keep the dance floor moving. Mumbai nightlife is my playground.
There's no better feeling than a sold-out club, with everyone singing their hearts out. This was at a packed night at Tipsy Bro, where the entire room connected over the music. I make sure the vibe is always at its peak.
A look from my perspective at Tipsy Bro. The laser lights, the packed dance floor, and the non-stop energy are what my club nights are all about. I keep the beats hypnotic and the party going.
On the mic at Tipsy Bro, connecting with the crowd. I believe a DJ's job is not just to play music, but to host the party. When the crowd asks for Marathi, I make sure Marathi gets played.
Celebrating a special night at Tipsy Bro with pyrotechnics and a roaring crowd. I work to make every weekend feel like a major event, creating moments that people will remember.
Dropping a Shah Rukh Khan classic during a Bollywood themed night at Grey Cravings. The energy in the room was amazing, with everyone singing along to their favorite tracks.
This was a wild night at Club MAYA in Goa. I love taking my sound to different cities and feeling the local vibe. This set was a high-energy mix of Punjabi, Bollywood, and commercial hits.
Getting the whole club to clap in unison at House of Lords. It's all about creating a collective experience where everyone is part of the show. My goal is to unite the room through rhythm.
About this collection
My club sets are designed to build pressure. I start with a deep house vibe, transition through commercial hits, and hit the peak energy with my signature Bollytech and Marathi edits. If the room needs a shift, I am on the mic controlling the energy, not just playing a playlist.
I specialize in open-format residencies that keep a crowd engaged for hours. When I am behind the decks at venues like Tipsy Bro in Vashi or Grey Cravings in Chembur, my goal is simple, keep the floor full.
My Approach to Residencies
I do not play pre-recorded sets. Every night is an improvisation based on who is standing on the dance floor. I read the room constantly. If the vibe is shifting toward hip-hop, I take it there. If the crowd wants that high-octane Bollywood energy, I switch gears instantly. My Bollytech mashups are specifically produced to bridge these gaps without losing the momentum.
The Technical Setup
I bring my own edits and live mashup style to every club night. For the best sound, I strictly use industry-standard gear, specifically Pioneer CDJ 2000NXS2 or 3000 series paired with a DJM 900 mixer. This allows me to pull off the rapid transitions and custom loop cuts that define my sound.
Crowd Control
Music is just half the job. The other half is keeping the energy high with active MC duties. Whether it is a Saturday night in Navi Mumbai or a special event, I make sure the audience feels involved. When I hear 'Are marathi wajlach pahije' (Marathi music must be played), it is a signal to switch the energy up, and I deliver. I am constantly watching the visuals and the room, ensuring that every drop hits at the right moment to get people jumping.
DJ Cloud
I am DJ Cloud, and I have been making Mumbai dance since 2013. I do not just hit play. I read the room, hype the crowd on the mic, and make sure every set feels custom-built for the night.
