About Portraits & Persona
When I am not behind the decks, I keep it quiet and focused. It is that balance—finding inner peace before a show—that lets me jump into the madness and command a crowd for hours. You are booking a performer, but you are also getting someone who knows exactly how to read a room’s energy before the first track even drops.
Music is 50% of the gig. The other 50% is how I carry myself, how I read the room, and the energy I put out. Whether I am playing at a high-end club in Mumbai or headlining a college fest, my approach remains the same: I need to be 100% locked in.
Clients often ask about the Bollytech sound. It is not just mixing Bollywood hits with tech house beats; it is about knowing when to drop that Marathi hook to get the floor moving, or when to switch to an electronic anthem. I do not just stand behind the console. I am on the mic, I am hyping up the crowd, and I am controlling the vibe.
I play on Pioneer Nexus setups, so if your venue has a CDJ console ready, we are good to go. If you are planning a milestone event like a wedding or a corporate party, I offer custom sets that go up to 6 hours, complete with CO2 effects and thematic music curation. My style is adaptable—chill when we are planning, but completely wild once the set starts. Let’s create a space where everyone feels the beat.
