Pricing Guide
Reception VDJ Performance (Talent + Console)
Talent & Performance
- Duration: Up to 6 hours of non-stop performance.
- Performer: VDJ Teju (Open Format DJ).
- Genres: Bollywood, Punjabi, Retro, and Regional sets (Goan/Konkani) based on client brief.
- MC Duties: Crowd interaction, entry announcements, and coordination with dhol players.
DJ Console & Hardware
- Decks: Professional Pioneer DJ Console (CDJ 2000NXS2 or similar).
- Mixer: 4-Channel DJ Mixer.
- Mic: 1 Professional Wireless Microphone for announcements.
- Laptop: High-performance MacBook for audio/video management.
Video Mixing (VDJ)
- Visuals: Live syncing of music videos or custom visuals to the beat.
- Output: HDMI feed provided to the venue's LED wall or projector team.
- Note: LED Wall or Projector rental is not included.
Logistics
- Transport: Equipment and artist travel included within Mumbai/Thane.
- Note: Client must provide the PA/Sound system (Speakers/Subs).
Baraat Procession (Mobile DJ Truck)

- Vehicle: Customized open-deck mini-truck/tempo.
- Power: Onboard Silent Generator (5-7.5 KVA) with fuel included.
- Structure: Aluminum trussing frame for safety and equipment mounting.
- Decor: Basic flex branding and fabric masking.
Audio & Visuals
- Sound: High-impact PA system (4 Tops + 2 Subs) mounted on the truck.
- Lighting: LED PAR cans mounted on truss for visibility.
- Console: Securely mounted DJ controller setup.
Performance
- Style: High-energy 'Nasik Dhol', Bollywood, and Punjabi tracks.
- Duration: Up to 3 hours covering the route from entry point to venue porch.
Full Day Package (Baraat + Reception)
Part 1: Baraat Procession
- Setup: Complete Mobile DJ Truck with generator and sound system.
- Duration: 3 hours of performance during the groom's entry.
- Transition: DJ breaks for setup shift during wedding rituals.
Part 2: Reception Party
- Setup: Pioneer DJ Console and Video Mixing rig (Client provides Sound System).
- Visuals: Live video mixing for venue screens.
- Duration: Up to 6 hours of performance until 1 AM (venue permitting).
