Because I run a small kitchen, we do not have vats of pre-made sweets sitting on a shelf. When you order our carrot halwa or donuts, I start the prep only after confirming your event date. For traditional occasions, we stick to the roots. I prepare classic Indian sweets like Gulab Jamun—fried in small batches until they reach that perfect golden brown—and slow-cooked Carrot Halwa, made with fresh, seasonal carrots and rich milk. These are the recipes I have perfected over time, focusing on that ghar jaisa (homestyle) taste that keeps things authentic.
If you are hosting a kids' party, my donut station is where the magic happens. We make these from scratch, proofing the dough in-house before glazing them with chocolate and sprinkles. They are not just a sweet addition; they are a hit with the little ones.
