An 8x8 ft custom-printed flex backdrop or a circular ring backdrop tailored to your chosen theme like Jungle, Little Mermaid, or Superhero.
Balloon Installations
Heavy balloon arches and garlands using 250 to 300 pastel, metallic, or chrome balloons, along with scattered floor balloons and foil accents.
Props and Cutouts
3 to 4 sunboard standee cutouts matching the theme (like 3-foot tall animals or characters) to add 3D depth to the setup.
Display Tables
Set of 3 cylindrical cake tables or plinths painted or wrapped to match the color scheme.
Signage
A personalized welcome sign on a wooden easel at the entrance and an LED Neon sign mounted on the backdrop.
Entertainment
Includes 1 local entertainment option for up to 1.5 hours. You can choose between a standard Magic Show, a game coordinator, or a mascot appearance like Spider-Man or Mickey Mouse.

50-Guest Intimate Event Decor and Catering Package
Venue Decor
A custom decor setup tailored to the event. Traditional events include marigold flower strings, brass urli props, and fabric drapes. Birthdays or anniversaries include a standard balloon or faux-floral backdrop.
Buffet Catering
A full North Indian menu for up to 50 guests. Includes 2 starters, 2 main courses (1 paneer dish, 1 dal), assorted Indian breads, rice, 1 dessert, salad, raita, and papad. Non-veg options can be added in the higher price tier.
Food Setup
Complete food presentation using polished copper or stainless steel chafing dishes, buffet tables with frills, and standard ceramic dining plates and cutlery.
Service Staff
2 to 3 uniformed service boys to manage the buffet counter, clear plates, and manage food operations.
Event Management
A single point of contact for the day to handle the timeline, manage the decorator and caterer teams, and ensure smooth execution.
