- Ambient Lighting: 4 to 6 LED par cans to uplift the cafeteria or town hall space.
- Audio Setup: 1 basic plug and play PA system with a microphone and stand for announcements and light background music.
High Tea Catering
- Menu: 3 heavy hot snacks like Samosas, Spring rolls, and Sandwiches, assorted bakery cookies, and unlimited standard tea and coffee service for a 2 to 3 hour duration.
- Service Style: Mobile catering trolleys used to distribute snacks across the floor, alongside a small stationary beverage counter.
- Staff: 2 to 3 uniformed servers to manage carts, pour beverages, and clear used items from employee desks.
