About What a Nutritionist Really Eats
People are often surprised to see rice, homemade sabzis, or even my evening cold coffee on my plate. My personal meals aren't about restriction; they are about nourishing my body while enjoying the same Indian home-cooked staples I recommend to my clients. If I’m eating it, you can too.
You won't find boring salads or deprivation on my plate. I believe that sustainable health is built on consistency, not perfection. My daily routine is designed to fuel my energy while keeping my cravings in check. For example, my morning ritual of turmeric water and nuts helps kickstart my metabolism, but I never skip my favorite cold coffee or a hearty lunch like makki ki roti with saag in the winter.
When I work with clients, I apply this exact logic. Whether you are in Delhi NCR or anywhere else, I design Indian diet plans that include the food you already have in your kitchen. We focus on:
- Real Food: Moving away from fancy, expensive superfoods and back to dal, rice, chila, and seasonal vegetables.
- Gut Health: Understanding how foods like yogurt and probiotics can reduce bloating and improve your mood.
- Sustainable Habits: Creating a lifestyle where you can enjoy a treat meal without falling into a 'cheat' cycle.
My approach is about understanding your lifestyle, including your travel, late nights, or social dinners. We don't cut out food groups; we manage them. If you are struggling with weight loss, hormonal imbalances like PCOS, or just feeling drained, it is likely because your current plan is too restrictive. My programs, ranging from a 9-day gut reset to a 3-month transformation, are built to help you find that sweet spot between fitness and enjoying your life.
