I do not play off a pre-recorded set, so that hardware reliability is the difference between a seamless transition and a dead beat in the middle of a high-energy Bolly Tech set.
People often ask if I have a fixed playlist for a wedding or a club night. The truth is, I never do. My 'no plan, just flow' mantra comes from years of reading crowds. Whether it is a sangeet in Mumbai or a festival set in Pune, I am constantly watching who is dancing, who is vibing, and who needs a faster beat.
