Visiting the Mandala Cultural Centre

Our events are hosted at the Mandala Cultural Centre in Talaghattapura, Bengaluru, located conveniently near the Silk Institute Metro Station. Whether you are attending our annual Dhaatu Navarātra Mahotsava or a smaller, intimate workshop, the centre is designed to be an immersive space where traditional narratives come alive.

School and Group Visits

We structure our educational visits to ensure they are both engaging and manageable. For groups of 25 to 200 students, we provide guided walkthroughs that cover string, rod, shadow, and glove puppetry techniques. These sessions are not just tours, but interactive history lessons that help students connect with our epics—the Ramayana, Mahabharata, and more.

• Festival Seasons: Keep an eye on our schedules during Navaratri for our grandest doll displays, which often feature thousands of dolls arranged in elaborate thematic scenes.
• Workshops: We regularly host 'karyagara' (workshops) for puppet making and traditional storytelling. These are often updated in our schedule a month in advance.
