Street Art Jams & Collaborative Murals in Mumbai
Graffiti is a community, and I’m always jamming with my crew to push the boundaries of what a wall can look like.
The whole crew at the Stylebound graffiti festival. Events like this bring together artists from all over, and it's an honor to paint alongside so many talented people from the Indian graffiti scene.
A fisheye view of my piece for the Stylebound festival. I went with a mechanical style, creating a futuristic green machine with little characters peeking out, all set against a sunset-gradient background.
A straight-on shot of my Stylebound mural. This piece is full of mechanical details, like pipes and wires, and features my signature "DEXTER" tag integrated into the design.
A close-up of the little horned characters driving the machine in my Stylebound piece. Adding small, fun details like this is something I enjoy doing in my larger murals.
Another detail from the Stylebound wall, showing the intricate line work and color blending used to create the sense of a complex, functioning machine.
A fun shot of one of the characters from my Stylebound mural peeking out from behind a tree. It shows how street art can interact with the natural environment around it.
A quick video pan of my finished wall at the Stylebound graffiti festival. This gives a better sense of the scale and how the piece sits in its urban environment.
A blue wall jam with some of the best artists in the scene. My contribution is the sharp, green anti-style lettering, which contrasts with the realistic blue bird painted by Elmacation.
A closer look at my wildstyle lettering from the blue wall jam. This style is all about complex, interlocking letters that create a sense of movement and energy.
Another angle of the collaborative blue wall, showing how different artists' styles can come together to create a single, dynamic piece of street art.
About Street Jams & Collaborations
Graffiti isn't just a solo grind; it is a conversation on a wall. When I’m at a jam, we are reacting to each other’s lines, trading caps, and layering styles, just like how my sharp wildstyle letters played off the realistic bird on that blue wall mural. If you are looking for a mural that feels like a living, breathing part of the street, this is the dynamic energy you want in your space.
A jam is where the scene comes alive. Unlike a planned commercial commission, a jam is raw. It is about artists showing up, matching energy, and creating something that wasn’t sketched out months in advance. You see a clash of styles: my mechanical, heavy-metal-influenced lettering sitting right next to an intricate, realistic portrait from another artist. This isn’t just decorative wall art; it is a snapshot of Mumbai’s underground aerosol culture.
Why does this matter for your space? Because it brings that same organic energy to your home, office, or venue. Whether you are hosting a brand activation, a music event, or just want a wall that feels like it has a pulse, we bring that ‘no-stencils, all-freehand’ philosophy to every project. We don’t just fill space; we transform the environment, working with the existing geometry of the wall—whether it is indoor, outdoor, or a multi-surface arena. We use high-grade, imported aerosol paint that handles Mumbai’s humidity, ensuring the piece holds up whether it is in a private gaming room or a high-traffic café wall.
Dexter
I'm Dexter. I don’t just paint; I live for the jam. Whether I’m spraying alongside my crew at a festival or dropping a quick piece in an alley, I’m always pushing to see how far a wall can go.
