Every beautiful home starts with a blank canvas. This is a look at a new site just before I begin the work. This is the "before" shot, and I handle everything from this stage to the final handover.
About On-Site Work & Raw Beginnings
Before any finish touches happen, I focus on the basics. I personally oversee the civil work, plumbing, and electrical layouts at your site. It ensures that your home is structurally sound and avoids the common issues like plumbing leaks or poor wall finishing that often appear after a renovation.
Whether it is an empty flat or an old house, my approach to construction is simple: I am on-site to handle the heavy lifting. Managing vendors can be a constant headache for homeowners, so I take that entire responsibility off your plate.
When I step into a new site, I first assess the actual layout. If we need to break a wall or move a sink to make the kitchen more functional, we do it right at the start. I check the plumbing, wiring, and wall strength because a beautiful design will fail if the foundation is not solid.
I have been doing this for over 12 years in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR. My work is not just about the final look but about the process that gets us there. You get a direct line to me, not a project manager who does not know the site. I check the quality of every plywood sheet and paint layer to make sure it lasts. My goal is to ensure you can move in and start living without any stress.
