About Our Full Menu
We don't believe in batch-cooking or mass-producing our snacks, which is why every order is prepared from scratch after you book. When you look through our menu, know that the Pyaaz Ki Kachori or Shrikhand you choose will be made specifically for your delivery date. Because we handle everything in our home kitchen, we need a minimum of 2 days to get your masalas and fresh ingredients ready—it takes a bit of planning, but it ensures you get that true home-cooked taste rather than factory-made results.
Our menu is built on recipes passed down from our dadi and nani, focusing on traditional Rajasthani and Sheherwali flavours that are hard to find in stores. Whether it's our signature Dal Ki Poori, the crunch of our homemade Mathri, or the comfort of Gajar Ka Halwa, we believe in slow cooking.

- Freshness First: We are a home kitchen, not a commercial factory. We require a 2-day notice for all orders to ensure we have the time to source fresh ingredients and prep our masalas properly.
- Dietary Needs: If you have preferences, like Jain-friendly options (no onion or garlic) or specific spice levels, let us know. We are happy to adjust the recipes to suit your family.
- Specialty Items: Our desserts like Kesar Elaichi Shrikhand and various halwas are made in small, manageable batches. They are perfect for family get-togethers or when you just want a little taste of home.
Our Kitchen Philosophy It started in our home in Malad, and we still operate that way today. We don't use preservatives or industrial additives. What you get is simple, honest food cooked with the same love we put into meals for our own table.
