This is the reality of the studio floor. I host regular auditions and look tests in my Rohini studio, where we focus on camera presence and technical performance. Whether it is a casting call for a fresh face or a technical setup for an e-commerce campaign, I prioritize clear, direct communication between the talent, the team, and the brand.

My approach to production is defined by transparency. When you look at the raw behind-the-scenes footage, you are seeing the actual studio workflow—clean lighting setups, styling adjustments, and on-set direction. I treat every shoot as a business operation, not just an artistic session. This is why I host events like Foliothon and specialized casting calls.

For brands, this level of access is crucial. It means you know exactly how your products, whether they are western casuals or ethnic wear, are being shot. My team manages everything from initial casting and wardrobe preparation to final retouching. By keeping the process in-house at my Rohini facility, I maintain control over the quality of the final images and the consistency of the lighting.

For models, these auditions are the starting point. I look for versatility, movement, and the ability to carry a brand's aesthetic. We do not just shoot; we mentor. Whether it is a fresher looking for a portfolio or an experienced professional needing a specific look test, the focus remains on building assets that get you booked. We work with a diverse roster, including kids and plus-size models, because the market demands authenticity.
